We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your shirts, trousers, wallets, or watches, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have [ 30] calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Apparel (Shirts & Trousers): Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags securely attached. 
- Accessories (Wallets & Watches): Must be in original, unused condition, free of scratches or signs of wear, and returned in their original branded packaging with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
- A restocking fee of [10%] may apply to watch and wallet returns.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within [ 5-7] business days.
